Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, however we have a strict no return or change of mind policy. We encourage customers to double check they are happy with their cart before checking out. 

What if I made an error/didn’t receive my product?

We ensure our team double and triple check everything before it gets shipped. We encourage customers to do the same as we cannot take any responsibility for incomplete or incorrect addresses. 

Once a product leaves our warehouse it is now under the care of Australia Post. We do not take responsibility for any packages that might be mishandled or misplaced by Australian post. In the event that a package is unreceived or tampered with please contact Australia Post with the tracking order number provided.
